Hot Stone Therapy - Smooth, heated basalt stones are used during the massage to help warm and relax tight muscles, allowing for deeper pressure with minimal discomfort. The heat promotes circulation and enhances the overall effectiveness of the treatment, leaving you feeling deeply soothed and restored. Gua Sha - Traditional healing technique that involves using a smooth-edged tool, typically made from jade or rose quartz, to gently scrape the skin. This technique stimulates blood flow, releases muscle tension, and promotes the movement of stagnated energy (Qi) within the body.
Applied with controlled pressure along specific areas of the body, Gua Sha can help relieve chronic pain, improve circulation, and support detoxification by encouraging the lymphatic system’s natural cleansing process. It is particularly beneficial for conditions like muscle soreness, tension, and stiff joints, offering a deeply soothing and rejuvenating experience. Silicone Cupping - Manual Cupping - will not leave bruising. Tool in my tool box, spot treatments are incorporated at no extra fee
Silicone cupping is a modern adaptation of the traditional cupping technique, where flexible, soft cups are gently placed on the skin to create a vacuum-like suction. This process helps to lift and mobilize soft tissues, improving circulation, relieving muscle tension, and promoting lymphatic drainage.
The gentle suction from the silicone cups can also stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, helping to release tightness, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s detoxification pathways. This technique is effective for a variety of conditions, including muscle stiffness, chronic pain, and post-injury recovery, offering a relaxing yet therapeutic experience.
